SUPLEX WRESTLING CLUB

Suplex Wrestling Club is located in Prospect Heights, Illinois, approximately 20 mi northwest of downtown Chicago.

We offer leading-edge Folkstyle, Freestyle, and Greco wrestling training to athletes starting at 5 years old and up. We train wrestlers at the highest level including collegiate NCAA Placers. We also involve Olympic-level wrestlers worldwide in the training process and consistently achieve high results. We provide a focused and positive environment with a commitment to a structured developmental process that includes mental fortitude and successful technical development.

Our goal is to help everyone who contacts us. To help our children achieve heights in sports, get a good education, and just grow up to be worthy people who will help our society.

Wrestling is one of the greatest sports there is for helping young kids build their character, develop self confidence, improve discipline, and strengthen their will to succeed. The life skills and success principles that young wrestlers develop while learning to wrestle are very valuable in progressing in life.

There are many examples of former wrestlers who go on to become very successful in all areas of life. Wrestlers have branched out into a variety of careers in American society. Politics, business, medicine, law, education, entertainment, and science, have all benefited from the leaders that have been influenced by the great sport of wrestling.

Wrestling Provides Kids An Opportunity

At Furthering Their Education.

Wrestling programs collegiately have begun to explode across the country at all divisions and levels, especially with the new addition of many more women’s programs.

With programs across the NCAA at Division I, II, and III levels, NAIA, and JUCO there is a program out there to fit any child’s needs that can be easily coincided with a program to fit their choice of degree.

With multiple scholarships and financial aid packages, wrestling gives some kids a chance at a higher level of education that otherwise may not be possible even if they do have good grades.

Now different levels of athletics in college have different guidelines as to what they can offer, so make sure you do your research or contact a school official.
